炸酱面

在裕华国货买的玉米面条和甜面酱及豆豉。
1。 面条煮好后过冷水沥干待用。
2。 锅里放少许油,放入蒜碎,至金黄时放入豆豉及甜面酱两勺,至炒出面酱香味,
放入切碎的红葱头和蘑菇,拌炒。
3。 将2浇在1上,并加上黄瓜丝和葱丝。
4。 加分料理:加上一大块鳗鱼(如图所示)
5。 搅拌后就可以享用了。

关于肉饼

用的是文学城上的方子,稍微作了一些变动,所以产品的形状不怎么相同
总之还挺好吃的。

1 将外皮料打匀成面糊。
2 锅烧热后,均匀喷上一层油,倒入一勺面糊,摊成圆形,小火烘干。
3 将一勺陷摊于面皮上,将四周多余面皮折起包住陷,用小火煎至两面金黄。

苦瓜

对苦瓜的厌恶可以追溯到很久以前,所以总是不愿尝试。
可是因为亲爱的喜欢吃苦瓜,为了表示我的不专断,也偶尔做一些苦瓜类的菜;后来慢慢的吃一点;后来觉得还不错。

这么一个东西,苦苦的,可是清火,减肥; 可凉拌,也可以热炒。

或许像人生吧,苦未必不好。

昨天晚上作了苦瓜炒蛋,苦的分不出东南西北。可是既然“生米已煮成了熟饭”,嘻嘻,不能浪费!

锅塌茄子

茄子切块,裹上蛋青,淀粉.在锅里大火炸熟.(我喜欢脆一点的)锅里加一点水,不要太多,加酱油,盐,糖(偏甜一点好吃),淀粉.烧开粘稠后,放入茄子,快速翻炒.当汁裹住茄子后,家味精,香菜末出锅.
